Actress Emma Stone and actor Andrew Garfield have reportedly purchased a 3,862 sq ft property in Beverly Hills, California. They plan to use it as their West Coast base.
The couple, who have become inseparable since filming ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’, reportedly bought it for $2.5 million.
The one-storey house once belonged to the late actor and comedian Dudley Moore.
One of the hottest properties in the real estate market, it boasts of four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and raised decking. The master bedroom and bathroom have French doors that open to the backyard and pool, reports a website.
It is also completed with wood-beamed ceilings, a brick fireplace and a stunning double-height roof in one of the reception rooms. The two guest bedrooms are connected with a his-and-her`s bathroom while the guest suite has an individual bathroom.
Situated in a privately-gated community, the house is considered one of the most exclusive in the neighbourhood and most private.
This is not the first property that Stone, 24, and Garfield, 29, have shared. They reportedly bought an apartment in New York last spring.
Our spidey sense is tingling, and we have an inkling why: The Amazing Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield is literally ready to swing back into action!
E! News snagged the web-slinging star at the Worldwide Orphans gala in New York City Tuesday night to chat about the flick’s highly anticipated sequel, which reteams the 29-year-old actor with director Marc Webb and hits theaters in 2014.
Judging from the hints Garfield dropped, expect to see a deeper focus on his character Peter’s Parker’s complex psyche, as well as a welcome spiff-up to Spidey’s snazzy costume—for one very practical reason.
“The suit is undergoing a redesign because I couldn’t urinate in it last time,” he playfully quipped. “So I’m less nervous ’cause that’s gonna be nice.”
For this second go-round, Garfield cops to being less nervous, given that The Amazing Spider-Man‘s massive $752 million global haul proved that it was possible to successfully reboot the blockbuster franchise just five years after Garfield’s predecessor, Tobey Maguire, hung up his red-and-blue tights.
“I feel really excited,” Garfield says. “I feel like we got over a hump with our first one. We had to reinstate the character, and we had to reinvigorate an audience to the character. And I hope to bring more of this theme—the theme of the orphan.”

The Amazing Spider-Man star appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he was asked by the host to help raise money for the Worldwide Orphan’s Foundation.
As part of the surprise challenge, Garfield was asked to show off his skills in various dance styles, from the Irish jig to the can can.
“You want me to humiliate myself for these kids?” Garfield quipped.
After jokingly complaining about the lack of musical accompaniment, Garfield took to the floor to display his prowess in the robot, Gangnam Style, and Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’ dance among others.
Although the original challenge set a time limit of 45 seconds, Garfield continued to dance after he was out of time, eventually raising a total of $10,000 (£6,300) from partner Shutterfly.
Garfield, who is currently dating his co-star Emma Stone, is due to return for the upcomingAmazing Spider-Man sequel.

British actor Andrew Garfield has become one of the hottest properties in Hollywood right now and appeared in the Marvel superhero movie The Amazing Spider-Man earlier this year. With The Amazing Spider-Man 2 due out in 2014, Andrew has been talking about the direction he would like to take the character.
“I feel really excited. I feel like we got over a hump with our first one. We had to reinstate the character, and we had to reinvigorate an audience to the character. And I hope to bring more of this theme—the theme of the orphan.”
“I wanna keep exploring that theme of being fatherless, being motherless, searching for purpose and finding a purpose within himself, being a self-made man, I guess.”
Andrew also went on to talk about the Spider-Man suit and how it is going to get a redesign to assist him with any toilet issues he may have, “The suit is undergoing a redesign because I couldn’t urinate in it last time. So I’m less nervous ’cause that’s gonna be nice,” joked Garfield.
